According to Obama, if you’re illegal you have a right to be in this country, but Lord forbid you have a yardsale and pocket any cash. It doesn’t matter if you’re Black, White, Red, Green, Brown or Purple, Rich, Poor or Destitute;  The Long Arm of Obamanomics is coming after you through the new tax auditor guidelines.  Anyone trying to make a few extra bucks or just trying to make ends meet by having yard sales, doing odd jobs, babysitting, tree triming, collecting cans and bottles for recycling, selling on ebay, selling to a pawn shop, construction workers, house cleaners, pet setting, having bake sales, selling  produce from your garden, even selling homemade tacos and tamales, you are being targeted. If you have a beauty shop in your home, repair autos on the side, sell t-shirts or handbags, are an exhibitor at a fair, make gift baskets, it doesn’t matter what it is, he wants his cut of the money. I wonder how this will be accomplish. Will he encourage neighbor to snitch on neighbor or will he send out the Obama yard sale police? Either way, it is a bad recipe for jealously, hate, greed, revenge or just outright spite for someone looking to get even with someone else and I believe that’s exactly what he wants. It’s also another way to instill fear of our government; a Tow the Obama line or else type of deal.

You’ve Been Labled “The Underground Economy;” under the table and off the books. This can include legal and illegal businesses or black market drugs, characterized by small, single entrepreneurial businesses that recieve cash or BARTER goods where the aim is to avoid reporting income and paying taxes to the government. Suggestions are made in the guidelines on how to catch these ruthless Underground Economy criminals, one of which can be discovered through cash transactions found in related examinations. When the examiner, (alias for IRS agent), encounters payments for goods or services made in cash or possibly handwritten invoices, it is very likely the taxpayer paid an undergrounder to do the work. The examiner is instructed to ask questions as to how the taxpayer located this person. Another way is to check bulletin boards, for the underground economy worker will have handwritten 3×5 cards or even have printed business cards with no business license no. They may even make up flyers to hand out or leave on doors. They will frequent local spots and rely on local contacts or other businesses may send work their way. Another significant way to catch these hardened criminals is to wait until they make a significant purchase. They may even go on a vacation if they can pay their way in cash. In the cover of darkness, behind closed doors, (sounds like congress) they may sell a piece of real estate, but not to be discouraged, they have to record the transfer. They may purchase a vehicle, then sell it, accepting $10,000 in cash without reporting it, when any new vehicle they may own, would be hidden in a garage or possibly parked at another undisclosed location.

Traits of the Undergrounders is to keep a low profile to avoid suspecion. They will drive an old vehicle, live in older homes in a low income neighborhood, both of which are paid for in full. They may advertise in free local papers, use answering machines to screen callers giving them time to learn more about the prospective customer. Will only accept work when money is needed and will not maintain a checking account. They cash checks without depositing them in their own accounts, or even accept cash, leaving no paper trail. They may use false SSN’s when working for a business. ( I think these people are living in Arizona.) They will pay their living expenses in cash, use money orders and own a safe.

Three Examples of these undergrounders are; the stay at home mothers who may or may not be on welfare, watching children for working families, or the elderly on social security may take a job cleaning someone’s home for extra money. Some may even sit with pets in the petowner’s home using their electricity, water, television and such. (Hey Toto. Are we in Kansas?)

The examiner should aways follow through. In auditing techniques, watch out for an increase in assets without additional  indebtness. This suggest hidden income is available from some source. Watch for barter activity as the underground economy goods and services are easily traded between individuals. (If the undergrounder barters and acquires a used tractor or truck, a computer or gets his house painted; this is considered earned income.) Test checks written from known bank accounts and do an analysis on personal expenses for each month and compare these to two prior year purchases as this will show there was income available and how it was spent. These clues will or may lead to other discoveries. Check to see if any secured loans were acquired as the undergrounder may have identified a source of income. A lack of mortgage, car or credit card payments indicates an ability to pay. Check their civil and criminal history and divorces as these can disclose income and assets. (Last but not least), contact possible business associates, creditors and former spouses. These are a good source of information. (I don’t know about you but, I’m not feeling the love.) 

If Obama really cared about the poor in this country, why would he begrudge someone having a yard sale, selling their personal items or trading  any goods or services to help place food on their tables? It should now be obvious to everyone that Obama thinks he owns us and wants to control every aspect of our lives.  His words are empty words but his actions speak volumns. He seems to want and keep everyone poor and destitute. The only true things Obama cares about are control, power, money and your vote.

He’s Milking Us and Our Country Dry

“What is becoming increasingly apparent is that this Cap and Trade legislation no longer has much to do with reducing greenhouse gas emissions.  It’s a monstrous collection of payoffs to big business special interests ranging from Goldman Sachs to Duke Energy to General Electric.”  Myron Ebell, Competitive Enterprise Institute

On July 14 the front page of USA Today claimed that Obama’s attempt to use the Gulf Oil spill to  propel his energy agenda had failed. Has it really?   Senate Harry Reid and Obama met behind closed doors   to develop their plan to deliver comprehensive energy reform to the Senate floor by month’s end, and on  July 22, the Democratic Caucus met behind closed doors to discuss Reid’s latest proposal.   According to Senator Reid his proposal, using Senator Jeff  Bingaman’s renewable electricity standard (RES) legislation – The American Clean Energy and Security Act, will cap carbon from power plants by forcing them to produce a growing percentage of the electricity they produce from government approved renewable energy sources.  The  proposed bill is also said to contain provisions to phrase in other industries in later years and includes “modest” (by democrats’ standards)  tax increases on gasoline, diesel fuel and aviation fuel.   Reid’s proposal does not include the words “cap, tax, or greenhouse gases” since these words are now toxic in today’s politically charged environment.  THE NAME MAY  CHANGE BUT THE RESULT IS  STILL THE SAME.

Many Senators were sitting on the fence regarding Reid’s plan – with elections on the horizon and the majority of Americans against more taxation – they had decided it is in their own self-interest not to support Reid’s proposal.  Hitting a wall of opposition to taxing carbon emissions from utility companies, Reid has now unveiled a new narrow limited energy bill that doesn’t contain a cap and tax plan.  He has outlined a 4 point plan to increase the liability cap for damaged incurred from the BP spill and added new oil rig safety regulations;  to change the diesel fleet to natural gas;  plans to legislate the Home Star energy efficiency program;  and invest in the Land and Water Conservation Fund.   Claiming to have 60 votes for this new plan, he is preparing to bring it to the floor for a vote.   Senator Ben Nelson said he fully expects this “scaled back version” to pass.  But, Senator John Kerry  said – “Let me be crystal clear, this legislation he has proposed doesn’t replace climate change legislation.”    He also added that Obama had called him in before the  the Democratic Caucus meeting and promised to step up efforts to find support for a broader plan. 

If renewable energy souces were reliable and cost effective, companies would be adopting the technology on their own to stay   competitive.  But, the truth is – they are not cost effective.   Renewable energy sources are more expensive than traditional fuel, hence the need for government mandates.  They will significantly raise everyone’s energy costs.   Taking the full cost of wind and other renewables into account, the Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis has found that Reid’s first proposal based on Bingaman’s RES  legislation would have raised electricity prices by 36% for families and 60% for businesses; cut national income by $5.2 trillion between 2012 and 2035; cut national income for a family of four by $2,400; reduce employment by more than 1 million jobs and added  more than $10,000 to a family’s share of the national debt by 2035. 

With Obama still desperately trying to find support for a full comprehensive cap and trade bill, you have to ask yourself – why is Reid so willing to downsize his agenda and provide a seemlingly harmless bill that even Republicans can support!   Do I trust Harry Reid?  About as much as I would trust a rattle snake!  Progressives do not give up that easy.   They are up to something that I would wager is not going to be for the good of the country.   Is Reid  posturing for re-election by trying to  make himself look more in touch with the voters,  knowing that  this new proposed bill will not be voted on until after the November elections?  Has he and Obama struck some deal to attach the existing cap and trade legislation to some unrelated bill and pass it in the dead of night as is their custom?    If the democrats hold their majority the Reid plan will be replaced by a full blown cap and trade bill.  If they lose their majority, expect to see a version of the cap and trade bill passed in a lame duck session.   

In May, Todd Stern, Obama’s envoy for climate change admitted that cap and trade legislation is unlikely to pass the Senate this year but he assured the UN delegates from more than 40 countries that the US is ready to move forward on a comprehensive international climate change treaty without Congressional approval.  

The Obama administration and the Socialist Democrats want to bypass the Electoral College vote and elect our president by popular vote, without passing an amendment to the Constitution.

Election by Popular Vote “vs” Electoral Votes. Election by popular vote means if a candidate wins 51% of the popular vote in California, which has a total of 55 electoral votes, the candidate gets all 55 electoral votes. The 49% of those who voted against him, their votes basically don’t count. So a candidate could win the election with 14 or 15 states, leaving the rest of the country without a voice. This is not how it was intended to be by our Founding Fathers and is 100% uncontitutional!  Our Founding Fathers knew that some states which were less populated may have only 4 Electoral Votes. To insure everyones voice was heard, if each candidate won 50 % of the vote, each candidate recieved 2 Electorial votes from that state. If one candidate won 75% and the other 25% of the votes, this gave one candidate 3 Electoral votes and the other, one. In order to win the presidency 270 electoral votes are needed out of the 538 Electoral votes nationally. It would be very easy for a president to win an election if he won two or three smaller states and received 51% of the votes in 11 of the most populated states. This administration wants you to believe that By Popular Vote means your voice is heard when it means just the opposite, You have No Voice. Common Cause is funded by George Soros,  The Arca Foundation,  the Carnegie Corporation of NY, the Beldon Fund, the Joyce Foundation, etc.   Fred Werthiemer, former director of Common Cause, a friend of George Soros, and founder of Democracy 21,  which is behind the DISCLOSE ACT.  Democracy 21 also receives funding from George Soros.  The Brennan Center for Justice whose largest funding comes from George Soros, the Carnegie Corporation, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Joyce Foundation,  the Pew Charitable Trust, etc.  FairVote, formerly the Center for Voting and Democracy, funded by George Soros’s OSI, the Rockefeller Foundation, Deer Creek Foundation, the Joyce Foundation, the Arca Foundation, etc.  Are you beginning to see a theme?  Soros, a believer in Open Society where the collective good overrides the rights of the individual, is basically funding the Popular Vote campaign.  Soros who believes  we need to reinterrupt the U.S. Constitution to better suit the “age of fallibility” which no longer recognizes the unalienable rights or divine providence.    An Open Society where the U.S. move be removed as a super power and the American people must be subjected to the will and wants of all the world’s people.  Do you truly believe they are pushing this agenda for the good of the U.S. voters?    Read more on Soros and “The Crisis of Global Capitalism” here.

Obama and his Democratic Socialist are using every dirty trick in the book to try and assure his re-election. “The Founding Fathers did their job –   Where are the Defending Fathers?”

Meet Herman Cain,  a business mastermind and problem solver who is considering a bid for the GOP nomination.  Cain says he would “take the race card off the table”  in 2012.  “We need a realistic candidate to run on the Republican ticket who can beat Barack Obama – not just beat the Democrats”.    “Obama is a master of deceptive language.  He is a master of rhetoric. . . Any white candidate who runs against him will be up against the race card.” 

Cain,  nicknamed the Hermanator, is a devout Christian,   an Atlanta radio talk show host,  a columnist for  World Net Daily, an associate pastor for Antioch Baptist Church in Atlanta, an author,  and president and CEO of  The New Voice.  He has also served as  former president and CEO of Godfather’s Pizza, former president and CEO of the National Restaurant Association and former chairman of the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.  He has been vice president of  Burger King, vice president of Pillsbury Company, a mathematician for the U.S. Department of the Navy and a business analyst for Coca-Cola.  Cain  has a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Morehouse College and a master’s degree in computer science from Purdue University.  He has 45,000 members in his Intelligent Thinkers Movement.

According to Mr. Cain, “one of the biggest challenges for the GOP and conservative candidates will be to educate the public on what has truly happened in the first two years of this administration and this Congress.  One of the tactics of the Left is the assumption that 50% of the American pubic is clueless and makes all of its decisions based on sound bites and pretty speeches.  They’re right.”  Obama’s supporters don’t want people to know the truth or challenge the administration’s policies.   “The true motivation of this Congress and this president is to change this country from a free-market capitalistic system to a socialized system moving toward communism.” 

Cain has issued a direct challenge for Obama:  Forget the slick campaign ads and pretty speeches and debate me solely on the issues.  “He’s not going to debate me face-to-face because he can’t do it with a teleprompter”. 

He has been a  keynote speaker at more than 20 tea party rallies where he  admits that  he is “crazy”, “crazy” about the U.S. Constitution, “crazy” about the Declaration of Independence and “crazy” about the United States of America.   He says he is also certain that the tea party movement is not racists – an accusation often hurled by left-leaning mainstream media outlets.

THE HERMANATOR ON THE ISSUES:

Immigration:   He doesn’t expect the administration to pass any type of immigration reform before the November elections.  “They just want to give the impression that they are passionate about the plight of illegals in this country so they do as little as they possibly can.  That’s what this is about – pandering to the Hispanic vote.”   True immigration reform requires securing the borders, enforcing the current laws and streamlining the process for becoming a U.S. citizen.  “Comprehensive immigration reform is a joke because it would mean government is capable of solving all three problems at once.  When was the last time government solved one problem correctly?”

Obamacare:   ”We have to first take back control of the House of Representatives and start a process to repeal it.  You’ll never repeal it under Obama, but you can at least slow it down.”  To solve healthcare we must change the tax code to level the playing field by allowing employees to have the same tax deductibility rules as employers.  Reduce costly government mandates and regulations.  The more the government tries to control costs, the more costs go up and the quality of care goes down.  Allow the purchase of insurance across state lines.   Expand Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).  Support Retail Health Clinics.  Implement Tort Reform.  Provide vouchers for the working poor and chronically ill.  It is the same principle as providing food stamps.  “Every nation that has gone the route of socialized medicine has made access,  cost and quality of care – worse.” 

Abortion:  Not an option.  “I believe life begins at conception, so I do not support abortion.”

Definition of Marriage:  “Marriage is between a man and a woman.”

Economy:  No new taxes or tax increases, a cap on federal spending, and restructuring of Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security.  He goes so far as to suggest suspension of the payroll tax for one year, a move he says would give an immediate 7.65% increase in take-home pay to all workers and would lower payroll costs for employers.   He estimates that this would inject about $900 billion into the economy immediately.   Replace the current tax code with a Fair Tax and replace Federal Income Tax with a national consumption tax on retail sales.   “This would produce a huge sucking sound of businesses from around the world wanting to establish a business in the U.S.  It would supercharge our economy like never before.  The problem the democrats have with this proposal (HR 25) is that it gives power back to the people.  WHAT A PATRIOTIC IDEA!”

National Security:  Champions a strong military and defense spending that is never cut below 4% of the GDP.

Energy:   Maximize use of America’s natural resources and pursue renewable fuel technologies.

According to Herman Cain, we are not in this fight alone.  The voice of  “WE THE PEOPLE”   has been hijacked by partsian politics, government bureaucrats,  and the influence of money.     We need to join together  – as republicans, democrats, libertarians and conservatives to hold our elected representatives’ feet to the fire.  “WHEN THEY FEEL THE HEAT, THEY WILL SEE THE LIGHT”.

The Justice Department is prepared to defend the new federal insurance mandate as an exercise of Congress’s “power to lay and collect taxes”.  You might remember that when the White House was pushing the new health care legislative they insisted that the bill’s passage would not create a tax increase.  The truth is the mandate is not a tax – and if it were, it would be unconstitutional.

A tax is when the government takes money from you, puts it in the Treasury with plans  to spend it (usually before they  get it).   The mandate requires  you to give your money to another private entity – not the Treasury – and if you don’t obey the mandate, you must pay a penalty to the Treasury – penalties are not taxes.   The mandate is legally separate from the penalty.   AND, even if the Justice Department were to get the mandate considered a tax – it would be an unconstitutional tax. 

Under the 10th Amendment, the government only has those powers enumerated by the Constitution.  Every federal action must be authorized by a Constitutional provision.  IF THERE IS NO PROVISION, THE ACTION IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.   And, the last time I read the Constitution, there was no provision authorizing the government to command anyone to buy health insurance.

While Article l of the Constitution gives the federal government broad power to tax, that power was originally  limited to three (3) types of taxes:  DUTY (an  indirect tax on imports), EXCISE (an  indirect tax for the privilege of doing something),  and lastly, DIRECT.  The only type of direct tax authorized by the Constitution was a capitation tax (head tax) which everyone was required to pay.  And, that capitation tax was to be apportioned – meaning that every person in a given state had to pay the same amount.  

When Income Tax was created in the late 1800’s, the Supreme Court struck it down  on the grounds that it was a direct tax but not apportioned.  Which brings us to the 16 Amendment  that  instituted a national income tax.  Since 1913, income tax became the fourth type of tax the government could impose. 

THE HEALTH INSURANCE MANDATE FITS INTO NONE OF THESE 4 CATEGORIES AND IS THEREFORE NOT CONSTITUTIONALLY JUSTIFIED AS A TAX. 

U.S. Muslim Enclaves                                                                                         

There are 35 Radical Islam communities spread across the U.S. from New York to Florida to Washington State, with many in-between. Many of these communities are suspected of being homegrown terrorist training centers. Sharai Law bases all enclaves on Islam and US democracy allows these enclaves to function beyond the boundries of our constitutional structure. Communities such as Islamberg, Hancock, NY, have aroused suspicions by residents and local law enforcment authorities for several years. No one is allowed beyond the sentry post at the entrance of the enclave and gunfire can be heard on a regular basis. In the ‘City of Brotherly Love’, thanks to the taxpayers 1.6 billion in federal grants, loans and charitable gifts; has been shelled out to create a Muslim-only community. Kenny Gamble, ( Luqman abdul Haqq) author of such hits as “Love Train”, converted to Islam and is affiliated with the National Ummah Movement which seeks to establish Islamic enclaves throughout the U.S. Gamble stated, ” We are here for Islam.”  

The Center for Human Excellence, which receives funding fron United Arab Emirates, granted permission in 2004 to build a Muslim Neighborhood in Little Rock, Arkansas, complete with 22 homes, a school and a mosque. In September, 2009 the construction of a three story mosque began being built at Gywnn Oak enclave in Baltimore, Maryland, whose community consist of Muslim immigrants and African-American converts, many from our prison system. The enclave speak Arabic and follow specific moral rules based on Islam.               These enclaves, in both rural and urban areas are called no-go-zones, where government admits to having little authority, leaving them to function as independant, self-ruling regions. Approximately 400 occupy the enclave in Maryland.                                                                                                                                          

The As-Sabiqun movement/organization, under the leadership of Imam Musa, is based in Washington, D.C., with branches in Pennsylvania and serveral in California. This group is influenced by the writings and life work of MalcomX.

There are over 1,200 mosques currently operating in the United States. Eighty percent of these are lead by Wahhabi, an extreme brand of Islam, practiced in Saudi Arbia. Sharia Finance  -  Jihad with Money                                                                  When it comes to redistribution of wealth, Radicial Islam is no different than Socialism, Communisn and Capitalism. Sharia Finance is based on the Zakat – obligatory donations all Muslim are to pay. It is an interest free banking and financial system which Muslims want to have run with Western nations as a parallel economic stream. The UK leads the world in this however, Australia  and other nations are eager to get their share.  Sharia is a wider agenda of Jihad; the overthrow of non-Islamic systems and the establishment of a pan-Islamic Caliphate that will rule the world. Sookhdeo says in his book, “Understanding Sharia Finance”, it was a militant Pakistan Islamic who iniated this drive, and offers this warning; “Western governments and institutions, now gladly cashing in on the Islamic market are falling into the same trap which Western governments fell when they supported Islamic radicals in fighting the Soviet Union. They are supporting the rise of a powerful system they cannot control and just might turn on them.” Sharia-compliance Finance (SCF) is expanding among banks and security houses who are  eagerly grasping at the billions of Petro Dollars. To lure this cash, finance companies offer vehicles that neither pay interest nor benefits from alcohol, pork or anything considered ‘un-kosher’ to Islam. SCF goes far beyond marketing to Muslims and Middle Easterners, as IIFM (Internetional Islamic Financial Market)  lists, “wider sharia acceptance is among their goals.    Sharia Finance, also known as Islamic Banking, Sharia Economic, Islamic Finance, Jurisprudent, as well as others, wants to be the next global economic system. Whose on board with Sharia Finance; Our very own government and Wall Street. If you money is invested with AIG, Bank of America, Citicorp, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Merrill Lynch, Wachovia to name a few, your money is in Sharia Finance. This shouldn’t suprise you but, even Harvard Law is involved. Please watch this video. These companies do not realize that by dealing with Sharia Finance, they are already sumitting to Sharia Law.            Islam is a culture, religion and political system. Sharia is the ‘legal code’ for their political system. It not only covers contracts, criminal law and how punishment is implemented, it also rules – how to run your family, have sex, worship, pray and even say hello. Sharia dictates the form of government and it’s laws and even regulates what food you eat. To sharia our constitution is nothing more than a piece of paper written by ignorant men and is therefore ignored because it violates Sharia law.  Sharia is more dangerous than Jihad. We can call on the police or military or even defend ourselves from these radicals, but Sharia rules every aspect of your life from cradle to grave. Sharia law lays out rules for the dhimmi (non-muslims); how we are to be taxed, regulated, subjugated and humiliated. We are called Kafirs by the Muslims, the people that Allah and Mohammed hated. Under Sharia there are a seperate set of rules for Muslims, kafirs, men and women. Men have complete domination over women and it approves and sanctions slavery.  It punishments include amputation of hands and feet, flogging, and beheading. Homosexuality is not tolerated punishable by death.    Sharia destroys all freedoms…….freedom of speech, of religion, of the press, of thought, and artistic expression with no equality of people. Under Sharia, a non-Muslim can not bear arms. NOW in our country, Sharia Law is already in place in Muslim communities. In Great Britian Muslims are now protesting that Sharia Law be inforced. To think that 2 law systems can possibly co-exist within the same neighborhood with people they consider infidels is absured, for they consider us to be ‘friends of Satan.’

A George Soros funded Marxists founded organization FREE PRESS  is urging the Federal Communications Commission to investigate talk radio and cable news for “hate speech”.  Free Press claims that media companies are engaging in “hate speech” because a disportionate number are owned by non-minorities.  Does this mean that only minorities are entitled to free speech or that only non-minorities are racists?  Read petition to the FCC here.

The term “hate speech” has been around for quite a while.  It was Bill Clinton who gave a speech after the Oklahoma bombing  in which he said  that the nation’s  airwaves are too often used “to keep some people as paranoid as possible and the rest of us upset with each other.  [Such people] spread hate, that leaves the impression that, by their words that violence is acceptable. . .It is time we all stood up and spoke out against that kind of reckless speech and behavior.”       Of course, I haven’t heard Bill or Hillary or the President condemn the hate speech against the tea party movement – as a matter of fact, they have been guilty of it themselves.   Or is it only hate speech if it comes from the right? 

The new Black Panther movement is on video with such taunts as ” I  don’t give a d***  what they may think about white people.  I hate white people. All of them.  Every last iota of a cracker I hate him.”   “You want freedom you’re going to have to kill some crackers.  You’re going to have to kill some of their babies.”   WHERE IS ERIC HOLDER WHEN YOU NEED HIM?   Although the video on YouTube has been removed, they still have the transcript for all to read.

The far left loonies, the socialists progressives are all guilty of exactly what they are accusing the right of doing.  Perhaps we should consider filing a petition with the FCC  against them.  It may be a “get them before they get us”  mentality  but it’s time Americans stood up and said  We’re mad as hell and  we’re not  going to take it anymore!

Leftist lawyer Gloria Alfred likes to say that there is a differnce between “free speech” and “hate speech” – the former being protected by the U.S. Constitution and the latter must be criminalized.   Is free speech a radical version of what we like and hate speech is anything we oppose?  Free Speech – Burning the American Flag;  Hate Speech – insulting the Koran!  Painting Jesus in urine and Mary in feces is free speech but  a cartoon of Muhammad is hate speech!     A black English Professor at Virginia Tech,  Nikki Giovanni chose to eulogize the victims of the Virginia Tech Massacre with the following poem.  You decide if it is free speech or “hate speech”.  [You must forgive me but I can not bring myself to use the "n"  word as Professor Giovanni did.]

Professor Giovanni has been celebrated as Ebony Magazine’s Woman of the Year; received keys from New York, Dallas, Baltimore, New Orleans, Miami and Los Angeles; and dozens of other awards and honors.  But, telling young Black students that they are  n****** unless they kill “honkies” is treated as free speech!  What is wrong with this picture?

The word ‘slave’ comes from the people of Eastern Europe, the Slavs. People becoming slaves were sold into slavery by a parent, being a child of a slave, through kidnapping, by slave raiders, pirates, owing a debt, or being captured by war. The most of these slaves were white people .                                                                                                                                                                                               While While much has been written about the Trans-Atlantic slavery trade, almost no attention has been given to the Islamic slave trade. The European involvment in slave trade to the Americas lasted a little over 3 centuries, the Arab slave trade lasted 14 centuries and still exist today in some parts of the Muslim world.       

Let’s compare Islamic Slave Trade to the American Slave Trade:             Two out of 3 slaves brought to the Americas were men used for agricultural work, while two out of 3 were women enslaved by the Muslims and were used for sexual exploitation, i.e., concubines, harems and for military service. During transit to America the mortality rate was as high as 10%, while mortality rate in transit to the middle east was between 80 and 90%. Slaves brought to America could marry, have families and today, their decendents  total in the millions and are citizens of the U.S.  Male slaves destined for the Middle East were castrated. Most children born to the slave women in the Middle East were killed and there are very, very few descendents that survived. Out of the 11 million African slaves that were transported across the Atlantic, 95% went to Central and South America, (Portuguese, French and Spanish possessions), and only 5% came to the United States. There were as many as 28 million enslaved in the Muslim Middle East and it is estimated that from the Muslim raids into Africa, the death toll from 14 centuries is between 112 to 140 million with some calculations as high as 180 million.

During the African Slave Trade, an embarrassing fact of history is, the Europeans did not have to venture into the jungles of Africa to capture these free people. The people were sold into slavery by their own African Chiefs or by the Muslim slave traders at the coast. Slavery has always been viciously criticised in Britian and especially America, without any criticism given to the African Chiefs or the Muslim slave raiders. The sad, ugly and disgraceful truth is the Trans Atlantic slave trade has 3 guilty partners in crime; the African Chiefs, the Muslim Arabs and the Europeans. 

100 years after President Abraham Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation and 130 years after the British Empire set all slaves free in 1815, Muslim slave traders enslaved an additional 2 million Africans. Saudi Arabia and Yemen in 1962, and Mauritania in 1980, begrudgingly removed legalized slavery, only after international pressure was applied. Today it is documented by numerous international organizations that slavery still continues in some Muslim countries.

Seldom remembered is that many black people in the 19^th century were owners of slaves. According to the 1830 United States Census, in just one town of Charleston, South Carolina, 407 black Americans owned black slaves themselves.                                                                         

Islamic Trade:                                                                                                               Ronald Segal in “Islam’s Black Slaves” documents, “When Islam conquered the Persian Sassanid Empire and much of the Byzantine Empire, including Syria and Egypt, “Female slaves  were required in considerable numbers for musicians, singers and dancers. Many more were bought for domestic workers and many were in demand as concubines. The harems of rulers could be enormous. The harem of Abdal Rahman lll (912 – 961) in Cordoba contained over 6000 concubines! And the one in the Fatimid Palace in Ciro has twice as many.” Also revealed:  ”the castration of male salves was common place with widespread homosexual relations.” Segal notes that Islamic teachers throughout the centries consistently defended slavery: “For there must be masters and slaves. Black lack self-control and steadiness of mind and they are overcome by fickleness, foolishness and ignorance. Such are the blacks who live in the extremity of the land of Ethiopia, the Nubians, Zanj and the like.”  Segal records: “In the 1570’s, a Frenchman visiting Egypt, found many thousands of blacks on sale in Cairo on the market days. In 1665 Father Antonios Gonzalis, a Spanish/Belgian traveler, reported 800 – 1000 slaves on sale in the Cairo market on a single day. In 1796, a British traveler reported a caravan of 5000 slaves departing from Darfur. In 1838, it was estimated that 10,000 to 12,000 slaves were arriving in Cairo each year. Just in the Arabic plantations off the East Coast of Africa, on the island of Zanzibar and Pemba, there were 769,000 black slaves. Segal also observed that: “White slaves from Christian Spain, Central and Eastern Europe” were also shipped to the Middle East. “All Slavic eunuchs are castrated in that region.

“Christian Slaves, Muslim Masters – White Slavery in the Mediterranean, the Barbarg Coast and Italy” written by Historian Robert Davis; who wrote, “North African Muslim pirates abducted and enslaved more than 1.25 million Europeans between 1500 and 1800. Thousands of white christians in the coastal areas were seized  to work as galley slaves, labourers, and concubines for the North African Slave Masters in Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Libya. Italy, Spain, Portugal, and France were hardest hit but the Muslim raiders captured people as far as Britian, Ireland and Iceland.”    Female slaves were sexually abused in harems while others were held as hostages bargaining for ransom. “The most unlucky ended up forgotten, stuck out in the desert in some sleepy town such as Suez or a Turkish Sultanate galley where some slaves rowed for decades without ever setting foot on shore.”

The Trans-Sahara slave trade included the kidnapping and castration of young boys sold as eunchs for use in the homes of wealthy Arab landlords. The Muslim slave trade typically dealt with the sale of castrated male slaves. Eunchs were created on boys of 8 to 12 years old by total amputation. Hundreds bled to death during the procedure, with a survival rate of 1 in 10 to 1 in 30. These boys brought the highest price for Muslims at the slave market.

Sharia Law contains elaborate regulations for slavery. Mohammad himself had numerous slaves which he captured or bought. (The names of 40 slaves are recorded by Muslim chronicals.) Under Sharia a slave has no rights, cannot own property cannot marry without without his master’s concent and is considered moveable property. Muslim slave owners are entitled to sexually expoit their slaves or hire them out for prostitution.

Few people in the United States know about Islam and slavery. From the day that Mohammad drew his sword to conquer and rob non-Muslims, to this very day, Islam authorizes the taking of slaves.

In her book, “Slave: My True Story”, Mende Nazer writes she was captured in 1992 and was enslaved by a rich Arab family in Khartoum and then, in 2002 was a slave to a Sundanese diplomat in London from whom she escaped and sought political asylum.

On A Last Note: History has proven, not only Africans were slaves but, all races have been slaves and have also owned slaves at one time or other.

Some of the regs will affect 40 million businesses, from international mega-corporations to mom-and-pop shops on Main Street. The Taxpayer Advocate Service says it “may propose administrative or legislative
recommendations to modify the provision.”

Starting in 2012, Obamacare requires any business, tax-exempt organization, or government entity to file a 1099 form detailing purchases from all vendors that have sold over $600 of goods to the company. The Taxpayer Advocate gives the following example: “If a self-employed individual makes numerous small purchases from an office supply store during a calendar year that total at least $600, the individual must issue a Form 1099 to the vendor and the IRS showing the exact amount of total purchases.”

The National Federation of Independent Businesses says it would be a “crippling” burden for small business. The Taxpayer Advocate agrees that the new reporting scheme could have “distortionary effects” on taxpayer behavior, pushing businesses toward larger vendors at the expense of smaller local suppliers.

The requirement would trigger a paperwork avalanche at the IRS. The report notes that the tax agency “currently is neither structured nor funded to do the job effectively.” Nina Olson, head of advocate services, says, “If the IRS continues to ramp up enforcement while reducing taxpayer service programs, I would be concerned about its ability to administer the new
health care credits and penalty taxes in a fair and compassionate way.”

The Taxpayer Advocate warns that this provision “could exacerbate underassessment of penalties in some cases and overassessment of penalties in others.” Bottom line: “It is highly likely that the IRS will improperly assess penalties.”

Rather than increase the size and scope of the IRS, the better solution would be to get rid of this entirely unnecessary requirement. The Taxpayer Advocate reports that this 1099 provision was “likely intended to detect unreported income or gross proceeds.” In other words, this provision was included to find new revenues to fund Obamacare.

It’s doubtful this provision will yield any significant tax revenue. But its costs to 40 million employers will be immense. That means less money available for pay raises, job creation… or even employee benefits—like health care!

Attempts to repeal this provision of Obamacare are currently underway in Congress. Who knows, perhaps lawmakers won’t stop there, but will continue to push for the repeal of the entire health care overhaul.

By 2014, under the terms of the stimulus law that Obama signed last year – Electronic Health Records must record not only the traditional measures of height and weight, but also the body mass index: A Measure of Obesity.
