The Obama administration and the Socialist Democrats want to bypass the Electoral College vote and elect our president by popular vote, without passing an amendment to the Constitution.

Election by Popular Vote “vs” Electoral Votes. Election by popular vote means if a candidate wins 51% of the popular vote in California, which has a total of 55 electoral votes, the candidate gets all 55 electoral votes. The 49% of those who voted against him, their votes basically don’t count. So a candidate could win the election with 14 or 15 states, leaving the rest of the country without a voice. This is not how it was intended to be by our Founding Fathers and is 100% uncontitutional!  Our Founding Fathers knew that some states which were less populated may have only 4 Electoral Votes. To insure everyones voice was heard, if each candidate won 50 % of the vote, each candidate recieved 2 Electorial votes from that state. If one candidate won 75% and the other 25% of the votes, this gave one candidate 3 Electoral votes and the other, one. In order to win the presidency 270 electoral votes are needed out of the 538 Electoral votes nationally. It would be very easy for a president to win an election if he won two or three smaller states and received 51% of the votes in 11 of the most populated states. This administration wants you to believe that By Popular Vote means your voice is heard when it means just the opposite, You have No Voice. Who is behind the election by Popular vote campaign?  First there is Common Cause whose president and CEO is Bob Edgar, former head of the National Council of Churches which has been linked to communist activity. Common Cause is funded by George Soros,  The Arca Foundation,  the Carnegie Corporation of NY, the Beldon Fund, the Joyce Foundation, etc.   Fred Werthiemer, former director of Common Cause, a friend of George Soros, and founder of Democracy 21,  which is behind the DISCLOSE ACT.  Democracy 21 also receives funding from George Soros.  The Brennan Center for Justice whose largest funding comes from George Soros, the Carnegie Corporation, the Ford Foundation, the Rockefeller Foundation, the Joyce Foundation,  the Pew Charitable Trust, etc.  FairVote, formerly the Center for Voting and Democracy, funded by George Soros’s OSI, the Rockefeller Foundation, Deer Creek Foundation, the Joyce Foundation, the Arca Foundation, etc.  Are you beginning to see a theme?  Soros, a believer in Open Society where the collective good overrides the rights of the individual, is basically funding the Popular Vote campaign.  Soros who believes  we need to reinterrupt the U.S. Constitution to better suit the “age of fallibility” which no longer recognizes the unalienable rights or divine providence.    An Open Society where the U.S. move be removed as a super power and the American people must be subjected to the will and wants of all the world’s people.  Do you truly believe they are pushing this agenda for the good of the U.S. voters?    Read more on Soros and “The Crisis of Global Capitalism” here.

Obama and his Democratic Socialist are using every dirty trick in the book to try and assure his re-election. Has anyone noticed that Obama and his entourage use our Constitution when it comes to illegals or to advance their agenda, yet ignore and pretend it doesn’t exist when it comes to “We The People?”  WAKE UP AMERICA! Don’t remain sheep being lead to slaughter.

Democratic Socialist of America’s (DSA) National director Frank Llewellyn, writing in the latest issue of the Socialist Democratic Left magazine said, “progressives must use Obama’s health-care legislation “to build support for the elimination of private insurers,” he sarcastically acknowledges that Obamacare will create its own constituency. Llewellyn goes on to say that healthcare will be run by established democratic rules and it opens the possibilities of passing other reforms in this Congress. Their Marxist agenda calls for the emimination of all private insurers, financial regulation, amnesty, more bailouts and massive Federal aid to city and state governments and scaling back our military.

DSA., together with the Communist Party, labor and their Democrat allies will not stop until the entire U.S. economy is under state control and/or direction.

Spring 2007, DSA National Political Committee Member David Green  wrote:

“What distinguishes socialists from other progressives is the theory of surplus value. According to Marx, the secret of surplus value is that workers are a source of more value than they receive in wages.

Our goal as socialists is to abolish private ownership of the means of production. Our immediate task is to limit the capitalist class’s prerogatives in the workplace…”

Obamacare, will not achieve that noble goal, but it is certainly a fine start.

Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) is the largest socialist organization in the Unites States. It is one of two official U.S. affiliates of the Socialist International, formed in 1982 from a merger of Democratic Socialist Organizing Committee and the New America Movement.                                                  

Around 2000, the DSA became a National Organization and a  driving force behind the campaign for Socialized Medicine, working closely with its allies  Congressman John Conyers and Senator Bernie Sanders.

Since 1982 DSA has been working for progressive change, helping form and continuing to work with the Congressional Progressive Caucus.

“Like our friends and allies in the feminist, labor, civil rights, religious, community organizing movements, people of color and women, we will work with those movements to strengthen the party’s left wing, represented by the Congressional Progressive Caucus…we will continue to support progressives who have a real chance at winning elections, which usually means left-wing Democrats.”

DSA’s main task is to build grassroots, multi-racial, progressive coalitions.

On March 3, 2007 Barack Obama was a featured speaker at a meeting with labor unionist.  The event attracted some of Labor’s big hitters to join Obama on the dais and speak, including Congresswoman Jan Schakowsky (D), an early and big-time supporter of Obama’s in the 2004 Senate Primary and Senator Dick Durbin (D-IL) as well as a local favorite for liberals, Dr. Quentin Young.

Dr. Quentin Young, long time friend and neighbor of Obama, joined the Young Communist League as a teenager in the late 30’s and in the 70’s became  associated with a Marxist organization known as the New American Movement. 1982, Dr. Young helped establish the Democratic Socialist of America (DSA) which as the principal U.S. affiliate of the Socialist International, asserts that “Many structures of our government and economy must be radically transformed.”

Young co-founded ‘Physicians for a National Health Program (PNHP) in 1987 stating “government-run healthcare should be financed by truly progressive taxation.”   English translation: Slaverly by government control. Young met Obama in the home of  ‘Weather Underground’ terriorist Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn in 1995.

DSA believes that the election of Senator Obama to the presidency in November represents a potential opening for social and labor movements to generate the critical political momentum necessary to implement a progressive political agenda…

One Prominent Member of DSA is Ed Asner ( Actor, activist), and long-time member. In 1984 Asner was a co-sponsor of the ‘Ninth Annual Banquet’ of the Labor Research Association (identified as a front for Communist Party USA), that co-operates with the World Federation of Trade Unions, a soviet international front group.

“Socialist means a thing that will curb the excesses of capitalism: the increasing wealth of the rich and decreasing wealth of the poor. : For me, solidarity, civil liberty, and social justice can all be summed up with three simple letters — DSA.” Ed Asner It’s official. He is as dumb as he looks.

 In 1990 on DSA stationary Asner stated:

 “Arbitary power in the East has met its match and has been relegated to the dustbin of history by the power of the people.  In America that Arbitary power has a name- capitalism. DSA believes in fundamental redistribution of wealth and power in this country”— An actor is self employeed. Asner still has his money, the same as Obama has his money. I guess they only want to redistribute everyone else’s. 

Asner, was an initiator of the International Peace for Cuba Appeal, and affiliate of the Workers World Party (WWP), one of the most hardcore Marxist organizations in the US.  Other members included Congressman John Conyers and Harry Belefont. 

Asner was on the advisory board of the Rosenberg Fund for Children in 2003 along with Angela Davis, who was removed from her teaching position at UCLA in 1969 and in 1970 was placed on the FBI’s most wanted list for murder, kidnapping and conspiracy, and Harry Belefonte who signed a statement circulated by the Partisan Defense Committee, calling for the release of convicted ‘cop-killer’ Mumia Abu-Jamal.                                                                                               

 2004, Asner endorsed an anti-Bush Protest in New York, organized by Not In Our Name, an organization closely associated with the Revolutionary Communist Party and signed a statement circulated by 911 Truth.org calling 9/11 as a possible inside job and in 2009  served on the advisory committee of The Independent Progressive Politics Network. Two of their Affiliate Organizations  are:

Committees of Correspondence for Democracy and Socialism (CCSD), leader Manning Marble wrote in the ‘British Trotskyist Journal’ explaining Obama’s relationship to the Chicago left: “What makes Obama different is that he’s been a community organiser. He has read left literature, including my works, and he understands what socialism is. A lot of the people working with him are, indeed, socialists with backgrounds in the Communist Party or as independent Marxists. There are a lot of people like that in Chicago who have worked with him for years…”   Must be why Chicago’s called the ‘windy city.’

National Lawyers Guild (NLG) openly socialist, is based in New York, NY and was organized with the assistance of the Communist International in 1936 as a legal action front operated by the Communist Party USA. It is the largest US affiliate of the Soviet-Controlled International Association of Democratic Lawyers. While there are small numbers of Maoists, Trotskyites and independent Marxist “New Leftists” in the organization, the NLG’s international positions and real domestic control lies with the supporters of the Soviet and Cuban Communist regimes. Mama’s don’t let your babies grow up to be lawyers. Let ‘em be cowboys……………..

Barak Obama member of New Party – 1996 Illinois: Three NP-members won Democratic primaries last Spring and face off against Republican opponents on election day: Danny Davis (U.S. House), Barack Obama (State Senate) and Patricia Martin (Cook County Judiciary).  After allegations surfaced in early summer over the ‘New Party’s’ endorsement of Obama, the Obama campaign along with the remnants of the New Party and Democratic Socialists of America claimed that Obama was never a member of either organization. The DSA and ‘New Party’ then systematically attempted to cover up any ties between Obama and the Socialist Organizations. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men deriving thier just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to altar or abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety.” 

The Declaration of Independence, our nation’s most celebrated symbol of liberty was adopted on July 4, 1776. It expressed the ideals of individual liberty and the need of freedom; stating that a government can rule only with the consent of the people and that government’s purpose is to protect the ‘rights’ of the people.

During the American Revolution the legal separation of the American colonies from Great Britain occurred on July 2, 1776, when the Second Continential Congress voted to approve a resolution of independence that had been proposed in June by Richard Henry Lee of Virginia. After voting for independence, the congress appointed a ‘Committee of Five’, John Adams, Robert Livingston, Robert Sherman and Benjamin Franklin to draft the declaration, with Thomas Jefferson its main author. 

The Preamble states the people have a right to abolish a government that does not abide by its rules and fails to follow its principles. It endorses a person’s right of equality and declares everyone has the right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

The draft was presented to Congress on June 28, 1776, approved July 4, 1776 and the same day sent to the publisher.

George Washington served as  our first president of the United States from 1789 – 1797 and as a commander of the Continenal Army in the American Revolution War from 1775 – 1783. Because of his significant role in the revolution and in the formation of the United States, he is revered by Americans as “The Father of Our Country.”

Washington presided over the Philadelphia Convention that drafted the U.S. Constitution in 1787. Washington died at the age of 67 in 1799. Henry Lee delivering the funeral oration declared Washington; “First in war, First in peace and First in the hearts of his countrymen.”

During the U.S. Bicentennial year, George Washington was posthumously appointed to the grade of General of the Armies of the U.S. by congressional joint resolution Public Law 94-479 passed on January 19, 1976. This restored Washington’s position as the highest-ranking military officer in U.S. History.

A statue of Washington stands on American soil in London England. The statue and soil were gifts from the Commonwealth of Virginia in 1921. Washington was reported as saying, he would never stand on English Ground.

Richard Henry Lee, the first US Senator from VA. Held office 1789-1792, Political Party: anti-administration. Brother to Francis Lightfoot Lee who also signed the Declaration of Independence.

Lee was an American statesman, best known for the motion in the Second Continental Congress, calling for the colonies independence.

Resolve: “that these United Colonies are, and of right ought to be, free and independent states, that they are absolved from all allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the state of Great Britain is, and ought to be totally dissolved.” 

This famous resolution of June 1776 led to the writing of the U.S. Declaration of Independence, which he signed.

“To preserve liberty, it is essential that the whole body of the people always possess arms, and be taught alike, especially when young, how to use them.”

Thomas Jefferson, third president of the United States. (1801–1809). Jefferson was known for his promotion of the ideals of republicanism in the Unites States. Unlike a democracy, republicanism asserts people have unalienable rights that cannot be voted away by a majority of voters.

“The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves from a tyranny in government.”

“Power is not alluring to pure minds.”

 John Adams, an American Politician and an American Political Philosopher; our 2nd President of the United States; March 4, 1797 – March 4, 1801. He was the first vice-president of the United States and one of the most influential Founding Fathers. His son, John Quincy Adams, was elected our 6th President.

“Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequant to the government of any other.”  

“The right of a nation to kill a tyrant in case of necessity can no more be doubted than if to hang a robber or kill a flea.” 

Benjamin Franklin (January 17, 1706 – April 17, 1790) one of the Founding Fathers was a leading author and printer, political theorist, politician, scientist, inventor, civil activist, stateman, soldier and diplomat. He invented the lightning rod, bifocals, the Franklin stove, a carriage odometer, and the glass armonica. He formed both the first lending library in America and the first fire department in Pennsylvania.

In a remarkable series of coincidences, both John Adams and Thomas Jefferson, founding fathers of the United States and the only two men who signed the Declaration of Independence to become president, died on the same day: July 4, 1826, which was the United States’ 50th anniversary.

It was the intention of our Founding Fathers for this nation to be, and remain, a nation of free people; our God Given Right to work and  prosper, the right to own  property, the right of religious expression, freedom of speech  and the right to maintain a  government of limited power by and for the people.

This year alone we have seen our freedoms attacked by an administration of one agenda; an agenda to transform our free country to that of a Socialist one. It is their intentions to dictate every aspect of the lives of you and your family.

So many Americans today do not realize the loss of personal freedoms already imposed by this administration. I fear those of you who do nothing, expecting someone else will do it for you, will wake up when it’s to late, and there will be no freedom left to fight for.

The very wise Thomas Jefferson said, “Do not bite at the bait of pleasure till you know there is no hook beneath it.”  

Todays Translation, “When someone offers you ‘Change’; be sure to ask what kind.”

In San Diego, a Pastor and his wife were interrogated by a county official and warned that they will face escalating fines if they continue to hold Bible Study in their home until they have obtained a Major Use Permit from the County.  Issuance of the permit usually involves traffic and environmental studies, compliance with parking and sidewalk regulations and costs could top $10,000.   Dean Broyles of the Western Center for Law and Policy who represented the Pastor and his wife said that the county’s action violates religious land use laws as well as assaults our first Amendment rights.  “If the current trend is our nation continue, churches may be forced to go underground.  If people can’t practice their religious beliefs in the privacy of their own homes with a few friends, that’s an egregious First Amendment violation.”  The county backed down after news leaked out and THEY WERE INUNDATED WITH LETTERS AND CALLS.

The definition of tyranny, according to Webster’s Dictionary, is:  Dominance through theat of punishment and violence, oppressive rule, abusive government, cruelty and injustice. 

“The County Sheriff America’s Last Hope”, written by Sheriff Richard Mack, states “the Sheriff is the Supreme Law  enforcement officer in the county.  “The federal government DOES NOT have the power or authority to “impress” the police from the states into federal regulatory programs and, there is no statute stating that all laws must be enforced, regardless of how cruel or stupid they are.     The very essence of tyranny is defined by the blind enforcement of stupid laws.  It is unfortunate that most police departments are used as revenue (taxation through citation) rather than true servants and guards of the people but, as long as the money keeps rolling in, most public officials turn a blind eye.”

A county sheriff, when elected to office, takes a solomn oath to uphold, defend, support,  and obey the Constitution of the United States, which includes the Bill of Rights that limits power that man can exercise over his fellow man.  He is an elected official, not the Gestapo of the federal government.  He can chose to enforce or reject any federal law which is unconstitutional to the people he serves.  He has the authority, power,  and responsibility to protect the people who elected him.  However, most sheriffs do not know the power they hold or how to apply that power to defend the freedoms in their county.

The sheriff  is indeed a powerful and important person.  Congress, the President, nor the Supreme Court cannot tell a sheriff what to do in his own county.  Legislation aimed at the sheriff or county officials cannot be enforced unless he allows it.  His loyalty is to the people who elected him, not the federal government.  The sheriff and the governor are the only state officials who have authority to call out the militia (citizen volunteers). 

Sheriff Mack writes in his book about the sheriff of Nye County, Nevada, standing against federal intrusiveness in 1997.  He informed federal agents,  who came to confiscate cattle from a local rancher, that if they tried to take the cows they would be arrested.  The cattle stayed, the agents left.  The sheriffs in Wyoming also made it policy that  ALL federal agents would have to check in with them before they could serve papers, make arrest, or confiscate property within their jurisdictions.  The policy came about when the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) came to arrest a family they believed to be illegal aliens when in fact they were American citizens.  “For federal officers to come into the county and take over, in any respect, is the epitome of usurpation and he who is the rightful steward of the county needn’t tolerate such usurpations whatsoever.” 

In 1994, Sheriff Mack stood against the Clinton administration, defending the U.S. Constitution.  His victory in 1997 against the Brady Bill proved that the sheriff is not only  the ultimate law enforcement authority in  his county  but,  in this country.   

Sheriff Mack’s  book is a must read by every sheriff, police officer and citizen.

The President’s Oath

“I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”

I think what he meant to say was:

“I do so solemnly swear that I will as President of the United States faithfully decimate the office, and to the loyalty of my comrades, demolish, exterminate, and extinguish the Constitution of the United States.”

After the emergency Stimulus, Taking over the Auto Industry and Banking, forced Healthcare, excessive taxes, proposed Amnesty and the threat of seizure of your 401k and IRA accounts, what’s next?  GUN CONTROL!

Let’s view Obama’s Second Amendment Record

He was a member of the Board of the Joyce Foundation, the leading source of funding for anti-gun organizations.

While in the Illinois Senate he voted to ban and confiscate “assault weapons” which included most semi auto rifles, shotguns, and single and double bbl. Shotguns.

Voted to allow reckless lawsuits against gun manufacturers designed to bankrupt them.

Voted to ban almost all rifle ammo and endorsed a 500% increase in Federal Excise tax on firearms and ammo.

Voted to uphold local gun bans and the criminal prosecution of people using a firearm in self-defense.

He opposed the Right to Carry law, and opposed four of five Supreme Court Justices who affirmed an individual’s right to keep and bear arms.

- Contributions equal to 5% of earnings will be deducted along with payroll taxes and credited to individual accounts administered by the Social Security Administration. The 5% contribution will be split equally between employee/employer. Mandatory contributions are deducted on earnings up to the Social Security cap. Contributions from husbands and wives are combined and equally divided between their respective accounts. Workers and employers have the option of making additional contributions with post-tax dollars.

- Eligibility is extended to part-time workers, caregivers of children under the age of six and anyone collecting unemployment benefits.

- Employee contributions are offset through a $600 refundable tax credit which will replace current tax breaks offered on 401(k)s and IRAs. If an individual’s annual contribution is less than $600, some or all of the tax credit will be deposited directly into their account to ensure an annual deposit of not less than $600.

- Current 401(k)s and IRAs will not be abolished but contributions will no longer be pre-tax, and when the GRA goes into effect, they will be treated under the old tax rules.

- Accounts will be administered by the Social Security Administration and funds managed by a Thrift Savings Plan or similar body. Thrift Savings Plans will have their own trustees appointed, half by the President, with approval of the Senate, and, half by Congress. TSP will then hire commercial money managers to invest pooled funds.

- The Government will guarantee a rate of return no lower than 3%, adjusted for inflation. If the Trustees determine that actual investment returns have been consistently higher over a number of years the surplus will be distributed, although a balancing fund will be maintained to ride out periods of low returns.

- Account balances are converted to inflation-indexed annuities at retirement to ensure that participants do not outlive their savings. Funds cannot be accessed before retirement for any reason other than death or disability. Participants who die before retiring can bequeath half of their account balance to heirs. Participants who die after retiring can bequeath half of their remaining balance, less benefits received, to their heirs.

- State and local governments will be required to report marriages, deaths, and unemployment insurance benefits to the Social Security Administration. Public sector employees not currently eligible for social security will be required to enroll and participate.

- Government will retain the right to lower the guaranteed return and allow employees to access their funds in the event of a protracted slump.

The democratic agenda to overhaul the private retirement system was put on the backburner due to the year long fight over healthcare reform but, is once again rearing its “ugly” head.

HR 2748 and S 1279 were introduced in December 2009, to set up special tax breaks for annuities. As of May 14, 2010, these bills were still in committee. The bills can be tracked at

Mark Iwry, Obama’s Deputy Assistant Secretary for Tax Policy for Retirement and Health Policy, has offered his own proposals, seeking to employ the principles of “behavioral economics” to encourage greater use of annuities. The Treasury Department and The Labor Department have already opened up a regulatory process to alter investment incentives for fund managers to begin pumping money into government approved investments. In February, the White House released its Annual Report on the Middle Class which contain new regulations favored by big labor, including a bailout of the critically under-funded union pensions. Radical solutions proposed by big labor is the seizure of private 401(k)s for government distribution. In conjunction with the report’s release, the Administration issued, through the Department of Labor and Treasury, a request for information regarding the annuitization of 401(k) plans through Lifetime Income Options, in the form of a notice to the public of proposed changes in rules and regulations. House Republicans, expecting to see legislation this year, sent a letter to the US Department of Labor, and Timothy Geithner warning the Obama Administration to keep their hands off the retirement savings of Americans and reject any proposals that would dismantle or nationalize the 401(k) system in favor a government run retirement security regime. www. World Net Daily posted an article on May 4, of this year, linking the SEIU, the AFL-CIO, The Economic Policy Institute, Pension Rights Center and the National Committee to Preserve Social Security, as mounting an effort to create a government mandated retirement account system. They are calling their effort “Retirement USA” with a mandate to ensure that all workers in the U.S. have a right to a government account that would fund a secure retirement. “Our goal is to involve all workers and all employees in a government mandated retirement program with the government putting up the difference for lower paid employees”. Labor unions see advantages in creating a new class of workplace retirement programs as an entitlement.

With the Obama Administration needing to raise nearly $1.5 trillion just to cover this year’s federal budget deficit and the Federal Reserve discontinuing efforts to purchase Treasury debt, the Obama Administration is looking at 401(k) and IRA accounts as trillions of dollars that could be forced into Treasury bonds to finance the federal deficit.

A mere 3% return on savings would only double the GRA account value every 24 years. If you are 41 and have $20,000 in a 401(k), it would only be worth $40,000 at age 65 in a GRA.

GRAs would not give assurance of protection of retirement funds . The government could strip the new mandatory retirement plan at any time and use the assets within the general fund, as it has consistently done with social security. There is currently 4.5 trillion dollars invested in 401(k)s. The transfer of this wealth to the federal government could destroy the financial markets. It would be the biggest loss of wealth and seizure of public assets in world history.
